Fascinating conversation with filmmaker Haskell Wexler from 2012. This guy is a craftsman, artist, and activist. And I hope I'm this sharp when I'm his age.

Haskell Wexler joined us in studio to discuss movies, politics, and social justice beyond Hollywood. Detailing some of the history of his sparkling and muck-raking career, from the Chicago 1968 Democratic Convention riots to the current Occupy movement, Mr. Wexler illuminated the necessity to bring truth to the public through film and journalism, in this uncensored Media Mayhem interview, hosted by Allison Hope Weiner.

I came across this on an old DVD-R and thought I'd post it for posterity. A spot by Joe Osborn, who not only shot it but also did a bang up job creating the jail set from scratch. As much as it looks like it's out of the Kentucky Fried Movie, this was an actual TV commercial that aired locally in Utah.
